Refund Policy for Donations
Philanthropies Refund Policy
Reasonable efforts will be made to quickly rectify any donation that can be reasonably shown to be in error. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its affiliated charitable institutions reserve the right to refuse a refund. Due to occasional attempts at fraudulent use of the refund process, refunds or adjustments may be delayed one or more weeks. Donations for which goods or services are provided in exchange for the donation (e.g., Cougar Club, KBYU) may not be able to be refunded.
