Philanthropies (“Philanthropies”), a department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Utah Corporation Sole (the “Church”), helps its beneficiaries to manage donations to Church institutions and programs, which include Brigham Young University, BYU–Hawaii, BYU–Idaho, BYU–Pathway Worldwide, Ensign College, Humanitarian Services, the General Missionary Fund, and other Church programs and affiliated entities (collectively, “Beneficiaries”).
