Who is eligible for membership?

All donations to Brigham Young University bless students, both outright and deferred. If you have decided to leave a portion of your estate to BYU, you have made a deferred gift and are a member of the Jesse and Amanda Knight Society.

Anyone who has given a deferred gift to BYU is eligible for membership. Deferred gifts include:

• Will
• Trust
• Gift Annuity
• Life Insurance Policy
• Retirement Account
• Payable-on-death Account

If you wish, professionals at Gift Planning Services of Philanthropies can help guide you in your giving process. They will work with your financial and legal advisors to help create a plan that meets your needs and blesses BYU. These services are offered at no charge to you.
