2013 NPGC Seminar

October 3-4, 2013
Joseph Smith Memorial Building
Salt Lake City, Utah

The Eighth Annual National Planned Giving Council Seminar in 2013 was a great success.  Thank you to those who were able to attend.  We have included the presentation material for some of our presenters, and will include the remaining material in the coming weeks.

Our Keynote Speaker was C. Jean Stewart.  View her presentation summary entitled "A Few Things Probate Judges Would Like to Tell Estate Planning Professionals about Unintended Consequences."

In addition to hearing from these remarkable individuals, attendees learned during the chairmen's breakfast that Marc Bohn of Phoenix, Arizona, would be the new national chairman.  Mr. Bohn is the top estate planning attorney with the firm of Snell and Wilmer.

Our other presenters and their presentation materials are listed below:

Jerry Borrowman - Eight Common Errors Professionals Make With Life Insurance Transactions

McClain Byee -

Paul Comstock - Values and Legacy Transfer

Cole Durham - International Center for Law and Religion Studies
