Abby Mangum’s passion for hazard mitigation got her involved in researching earthquakes and tsunamis during her BYU undergraduate years. Her studies have taken her as far away as Indonesia.
Now in a master’s program, Abby aims to make a difference in her community by working with environmental agencies to study hazards.
